At AlanLomb, we believe shopping for toys should be exciting and worry-free. That’s why we offer a customer-first return and refund policy to ensure your experience with us is smooth from start to finish.

30-Day Risk-Free Returns

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return or exchange your item within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. We accept returns for any reason — whether the toy didn’t meet expectations, arrived as an unwanted gift, or you simply changed your mind.

No restocking fees will ever be charged.

Free Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping within the 30-day return window. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it, pack the item securely, and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

Eligible Items for Return

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in original packaging
  • All parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging inserts must be included
  • The item must not be damaged, worn, or altered in any way
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Personalized or customized toys
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items clearly marked as final sale
  • Used toys showing signs of wear

Refunds

We’ll send you a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange your item for another product of equal value, we’re happy to help. Simply let us know when you contact us about the return, and we’ll arrange it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or not working as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
